Place your eye pillow inside the re-sealable bag provided and place it in the freezer for an hour or so.

When the bag is cool take it out of the freezer, remove it from its bag and place the pillow across the eyes.

The relaxing weight of the wheat inside the cover gently presses against your eyes and forehead releasing tensions in the body and refreshing the eyes. It also helps to block out light and aid with headaches or migranes.

Measures approximately 22 cm x 10 cm and weighs (approximately) 210 grams.
